1. Product Quality & Range

   • 100% Indian Remy human hair, hand-tied on an ultra-thin skin base for a natural hairline.

   • Multiple styles available: French lace frontals, Swiss lace fronts, HD thin skin bases, etc.

   • Color options span from light blondes to dark browns and black. Standard sizes cover the majority of end consumers.

2. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

   • MOQ: 10 units per combined order (can mix different styles/colors as long as total ≥ 10).

   • Tiered Pricing:

     • 10–49 units: 15% discount off our standard MSRP.

     • 50–99 units: 20% discount.

     • 100+ units: 25% discount.

   • Shipping costs calculated separately by destination and weight.

3. Ordering & Lead Times

   • Orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation.

   • Production Time: 7–10 business days after deposit is received.

   • Shipping:

     • Air freight to North America and Europe typically takes 5–7 business days.

     • Sea freight (LCL/FCL) takes 25–30 days—suitable for large-volume restocking.

   • Online order tracking is available (“Track My Order”), so you can monitor shipment status in real time.

4. Support & After-Sales

   • Each wholesale partner is assigned a dedicated account manager to assist with product selection, order planning, and inventory management.

   • For any production or shipping quality issues, you may request returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our Warranty & Returns policy for details.

   • We regularly provide product images, marketing copy, and guidance materials (installation, styling, maintenance) to support your local promotions and end-customer satisfaction.
